Kindle Book Reader

If you live in a cave you’ve probably never heard of the Kindle Book Reader from Amazon. It’s the most popular book reader to date.

However, the newcomers to the market are trying to grab some of their market share. This article is the best Book Reader comparison I’ve found online.

As the author states, if you’re a first time buyer your choices are not easy. I agree with his assessment that right now, I would opt for a Kindle. Mainly because most digital products and especially readers are based on support (especially for reader content, meaning number of titles, etc).

Since Amazon has the biggest library of titles with the best prices this sings the odds in their favor.

Now while the Nook and the Sony Readers supporting ePUB is nice, it’s not currently as easy to find the latest titles in that format. And, as the author of the article above states, if you do, they will not always work as they should (aka: formatting problems).

As we all know in the high tech world, a lot will change in both the near and distant future so enjoy what you get today and use it.
